Oganesian Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent design studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit oganesianstudio.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. When you contact us or submit a project brief, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your project.
• Usage data. Basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages visited, referring site, approximate region, browser, and device type.
• Website reports. When we send you a free website review, opening its link tells us that it was opened, along with the time, the type of device and the approximate city. We use it for one thing: to know whether the report reached you before we follow up. No account, no profile, and nothing is stored about you beyond that notification.

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare project proposals.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
• To understand how the site is used, in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site and our practice (hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising measurement), and only to the extent needed to perform those services. Where you have accepted cookies, Google and Meta receive usage data through their measurement tools and process it outside your country under their own terms. We never sell your information, and we may disclose it where required by law.

We keep project enquiries for as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
